SJTW celebrated the diversity here in our parish and all over the world as one holy catholic church. What a great celebration of family as we are all brothers and sisters in Christ. It took many hands to make this celebration a success. A big THANK YOU to all who helped make it happen whether you helped set up, proclaimed readings and prayers during mass, sung in the choir, carried a flag, helped in the kitchen, cleaned up after, or if you brought a delicious dish to share. It was wonderful to see so many worshiping together and gathering after mass to continue the celebration.

Feedback on Cultural Heritage Sunday
Just a quick note to tell you that I had chills more than once during Mass this past weekend and no, I am not feeling ill. LOL. Quite the opposite! I felt, and heard, the Spirit in so many beautiful ways thru the creative use of language and rituals. What a tremendous reminder to all of us that we are connected in a web of community. Something that I appreciate being reminded of and I believe can help heal this fractured world we live in.
Thank you for sharing your gifts with our community and all that you do to create such beautiful liturgies.
Blessings to you,
Thank you to everyone that made our Cultural Heritage Celebration an amazing celebration!
A special Thank You to everyone that brought a dish to share at the potluck and to parishioner Javier Cerda for taking pictures of the days events.

Immigration Sunday –
Thank you to everyone that made our Immigration Sunday celebration a great event!
We are "all one in Christ" as St. Paul tells us.
Immigration Sunday….Help us celebrate YOUR heritage!
At the 10:30 liturgy, we will be honoring those in our family who made the journey to the United States, whether recently or long ago. We are asking you to bring in a flag (2' X 3' or larger) will precede the Mass. Dust off or obtain your flag now. Help us to honor the immigrants of your family and be a part of our colorful procession.
