Angel Quilters Celebrating 20 years and 5000 Quilts

St. Joseph the Worker Angel Quilters are celebrating 20 years of our ministry. During that time we have made and distributed 5141 quilts to those in need. The quilts are donated to infant, youth, family, senior, and homeless facilities throughout the Twin Cities, African missions, and relief efforts throughout the state. We rely on the generosity of the parish for material, sheets, thread, and cash donations for quilt fiberfill. The 32 members would like to thank the parishioners for their continued support. Donations are accepted in the Angel Quilters Box located in the Education Entry.

The Angel Quilters always welcome new members to join the ministry even if it is for one day to “see what we are about.” It is as simple as threading a needle and tying a knot. Please join our fellowship downstairs the second, third, or fourth Tuesday of the month from 9:30-12:00. Call Jean 559-0847 with questions.
