MUSIC MINISTRIES

Mission
To engage the community in prayer through word and music, unifying the Body of Christ. To be stewards of the living gospel both in and out of church. To provide a small group setting as an avenue to use our gifts while ministering to one another.

Finally, due to popular demand, the SJTW Music Ministry has recorded its first CD, “WITH ONE VOICE”, containing music you’ve heard (and sung) at a variety of liturgies throughout the church year. All members of the Music Ministry were invited to participate in the recording of this CD. Conducted by Aaron Carpenter, Director of Worship, the CD contains songs you are familiar with, including: “In the Day of the Lord”, “Spirit Wind”, “Sweet Refreshment”, “I Long for You”, “How Beautiful”, “Open My Eyes”, “The Servant Song”, “I Am the Bread of Life”, “Breath of Heaven”, “The People Who Walk in Darkness”, “Rise Up With Him”, “People Look East”, “Rosa Mystica”, “With One Voice”, and “Lead Me, Lord”.

The CDs are $15 each. Contact the Worship Office at acarpenter@sjtw.net to order a CD. Proceeds from the sale of the CD go to the Music Ministry program at St Joseph the Worker.
